Their tools include research, logical reasoning, and a structured negotiation plan. They will try to get out as much information as possible during a negotiation. They do not like to make mistakes. 

  • Hardest Opponent: The Accommodator, because their focus on relationships and emotional intelligence can sidestep the Analyst’s logical approach.


  • Winning Strategy: Analysts can win over Accommodators by acknowledging their needs and emotions, while also gently steering the conversation back to data and logic to make decisions. But that will be challenging
