I am not a morning person, actually, no one in our house is. But some are harder to wake up in the morning than others… 😉

As a mother of 2 teenaged boys I find this article interesting in explaining why it is a struggle to get my boys out of bed in the morning and also the impact of sleep deprivation to our bodies.

Many of us don’t sleep enough, meaning our bodies and minds don’t get the rest they need, which then may cause implications such as inability to focus – low performance and what I come across too often with is depression and lack of self-belief.  Sometimes, by acknowledging the importance of something so basic as sleep, you view and treat a block easily.
